The Crémant de Bourgogne wines are made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on cooler hillside locations around Chablis. The wines are made in Sparkling Wines the company’s historic Chablis cellar where they spend a Blanc de Noir P100 Crémant de Bourgogne minimum of 24 months on lees and undergo riddling in old hand-operated mechanical gyro pallets and manual disgorgement.
