Sacramento — The State Senate Health and Human Ser­ vices Committee approved, with no opposition, a bill by Senator Milton Marks (R-San Fran- cisco/Marin) that guarantees confidentiality to individuals par­ ticipating in AIDS related resear­ ch. The bill, SB-292, will soon be heard by the full Senate.
