Government Bond Retirement (GBRMF) RMF 3 Invest in government bonds, treasury bills and government debt securities guaranteed by the Ministry of Finance. . UOB Smart Value RMF (UOBSVRMF) . Smart Value Retirement Mutual Fund (SVRMF) Invest in deposits, short-term debt instruments, promissory notes, RMF 4 bills of exchange or other sound financial instruments expecting to receive long-term returns higher than deposits in commercial banks. . Capital Protected Retirement Mutual Fund 1 . Capital Protected Retirement Mutual Fund 2 . Capital Protected Retirement Mutual Fund 3 . Capital Protected Retirement Mutual Fund 4 . Capital Protected Retirement Mutual Fund 5 The Fund will be separated into 2 portions. - 1st portion : Aiming for capital protection : To invest in Government Bond and Corporate Bond guaranteed by MOF & FIDF no less than 80% of the of the fund. - 2nd portion : To invest no more than 20% on good quality securities and high growth rates and if capital gains occur, that profit will be returned to the first portion at a rate that is appropriate for the current investment situation to complete RMF 100% for the first portion. 5 . UOB Global Allocation RMF (UOBGARMF) Invests in the BGF Global Allocation Fund (Class A) averaged in an accounting year not less 80% of the Fund’s NAV which is the only fund for retail investors. The Fund focuses on investing in equities and debt instruments both of the government and private sectors around the world in a normal situation not less than 70% of its NAV. It is managed by BlackRock (Luxembourg) S.A. and has currency hedging depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers.

United Income Focus Fund RMF (UIFRMF) Invests in the United Global Diversified Portfolios – United Income Focus Trust- Class USD Dist (the Master Fund). The Master Fund has an investment objective to generate consistent returns to the investors and to have gained on investment in the medium to long terms. The Master Fund will invest in diversified assets including traditional assets (such as equities and fixed income instruments) and alternative assets around the world (such as unit trusts of property trusts, convertible bonds, preference debentures, and currencies). The Fund has currency hedging depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers. . United Global Income Strategic Bond Fund RMF (UGISRMF) Focuses on investing through the Master Fund which is the PIMCO GIS Income Fund (Class I) (the Master Fund) which has an objective to generate income focusing on with flexible portfolio adjustment and diversified in various global debt instruments such as debt instruments with income from property mortgage loans or income from other assets for the opportunity to generate long-term consistent income from investments in debt instruments around the world that are in line with the retirement investment plans. The Fund has currency hedging at not less than 90%. . UOB EQUITIES RMF (UOBEQRMF) . Equity Retirement Mutual Fund (ERMF) Invest in equities with good outlook or good fundamentals to generate good returns and to place importance on potential risks. . Good Corporate Governance RMF (CG-RMF) Invests in ordinary shares of listed companies that have good CG systems according to the CG standards of various institutions. . United Global Quality Growth Fund RMF (UGQGRMF) RMF Invests in only one called the United Global Quality 6 Growth Fund (Class USD Acc) (the Master Fund) which focuses on investing in shares of selected leading companies with market share growth, sound financial status and have good management teams and has currency hedging depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers.

United Japan Small And Mid Cap Fund RMF (UJSMRMF) Mainly invest in United Japan Small and Mid Cap Fund (Master Fund) averaged in an accounting period not less than 80% of the Fund’s NAV, the Master fund is managed by UOB Asset Management Ltd (Singapore). It aims to achieve long-term appreciation by investing in small - mid stocks of Japanese companies that have good potential in the long term. The fund has currency hedging depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers. . United All China Equity Fund RMF (UCHINARMF) Mainly invest in UBS (LUX) Equity SICAV- All China USD (Class I-A1- acc) (Master Fund) averaged in an accounting period not less than 80% of the Fund’s NAV. The Master fund is managed by UOB Asset Management Ltd (Singapore). The investment policy is to invest in stocks and other securities related to equity securities issued by companies established in China and other companies. The investments consisting of securities listed on the stock exchange both in China (onshore) and offshore. The fund has currency hedging depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers. . United Global Healthcare RMF (UHCRMF) Invests in only one offshore Feeder Fund called the United Global Healthcare Fund (Bloomberg Code: UNIGHCU:SP) with the objective RMF to mainly invest in the equities of companies in the healthcare 7 business listed on stock exchanges around the world. The Fund has currency hedging depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers. . UOB Gold RMF -H (UOBGRMF-H) Invests in the investment units of the SPDR Gold Trust Fund (the Master Fund) that is listed on the Singapore Exchange averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the Fund’s NAV. The RMF 8 Master Fund focuses on investing in gold bullions to generate returns comparable to the profits of the market price of gold minus the fees and expenses of the Fund. The Fund has currency hedging depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers.

For every 50,000 Baht of the net accumulated investment invests in Retirement Mutual Funds (RMFs) and the switching unit of LTF funds from other asset management companies*. Between 2 January 2020 – 30 December 2020 receives UOB Income Daily Fund units valued at 100 Baht.

Investment conditions and eligible rights to receive Gifts 1) This promotion campaign is eligible for individual investor who invests in all the Retirement Mutual Funds (RMFs) managed by UOB Asset Management Company Limited (“UOBAM”) and the switching unit of Long Term Equity Funds (LTFs) from other asset management companies with the investment unit before 1 January 2020* during promotion period from 2 January 2020 – 30 December 2020 (or the last business day of 2020) and for investors who open account with UOBAM and/or selling agents appointed by UOBAM except TMB Bank PCL and Bank of Ayudhya PCL.

2) UOBAM will calculate the net accumulated investment value followed by the conditions below;

2.1 Investors who invest through UOBAM and/or every selling agent according to the conditions in 1) except investors who invest through Citibank, N.A. UOBAM will calculate the net accumulated investment value from all accounts combined in order to receive the rights to receive UOB Income Daily Fund (UOBID) units. 2.2 Investors who invest through Citibank N.A. UOBAM will calculate the net accumulated investment value from all accounts under Citibank N.A. combined in order to receive the rights to receive Thai Cash Management Fund (TCMF) units.

3) The net accumulated investment value means total amount of subscription and/or switch-in transactions from other RMF funds of UOBAM and/or transfer-in transactions from other asset management companies and/or the switching unit of Long Term Equity Funds (LTFs) from other asset management companies with the investment unit before 1 January 2020* and/or the invesment value of PVD-to-RMF transfer orders being deducted with the total amount of redemption that are not in accordance with the tax regulations specified by the Revenue Department and the transfer orders of UOBAM’s RMFs units to other asset management companies during the promotion period.

4) UOBAM will calculate the net accumulated investment value from the conditions below;

4.1) Investors who invest through UOBAM and every selling agent according to item 1 except investors who invest through Citibank N.A. UOBAM will calculate separately by each Selling Agent and mainly consider each unitholder by ID card number. In case a Unitholder has more than 1 account under each Selling Agent, UOBAM shall use the combined net investment value from all Unitholder accounts under such Selling Agents and give UOB Income Daily Fund units by transferring into the account with the highest net investment value. In case all Unitholder accounts have equal amount, UOB Income Daily Fund (UOBID) units shall be transferred to the account with the latest investment transaction.

4.2) Investors who invest through Citibank N.A. UOBAM will calculate the net accumulated investment value separated by unitholder accounts under Citibank N.A. and mainly consider each unitholder by ID card no. In case a Unitholder has more than 1 accounts under Citibank N.A., UOBAM shall use the combined net investment amount from all unitholder account under Citibank N.A. and give Thai Cash Management Fund (TCMF) units by transferring into the account with the highest net investment amount. In case all unitholder accounts have equal amount, Thai Cash Management Fund TCMF units shall be transferred to the account with the latest investment transaction.

5) The net investment value of unitholders to determine the eligible rights to receive the gifts shall be calculated from the conditions below; 5.1) The net investment value of a unitholder in Retirement Mutual Funds (RMFs) of UOBAM with investments that do not exceed the tax benefits eligibility of unitholders as specified by law combined with: 5.2) The investment value from switching-in transactions from the RMF of other asset management companies and transfer transactions from PVD into the RMF group with no limit to the value of an investment. 5.3) The switching unit of Long Term Equity Funds (LTFs) from other asset management companies with the investment unit before 1 January 2020* with no limit to the value of an investment.

6) Eligible rights to receive the Gifts, the unitholders must hold the investment units invested during the promotion period until 28 February 2021. UOBAM will calculate the net accumulated investment value and give the Gifts to unitholders who are eligible to have the rights to receive promotion according to the promotion conditions within 30 April 2021.

7) This promotion campaign is created to promote sales volume to the investors who open accounts with UOBAM and/or the appointed selling agent including Citibank N.A. except TMB Bank PCL and Bank of Ayudhya PCL. This promotion campaign cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.

8) Investors who receive benefits from this promotion campaign are not eligible to receive benefits from other promotion programs in the same period and/or from the same investment value.

Note: Thai Cash Management Fund (TCMF) – Risk level 1 The Fund will invest in debt instruments and/or deposits or deposits equivalent, excluding Islamic deposits. The Fund will invest in government bond, and/or state enterprise bond with high stability and liquidity, e.i. treasury bill, government bond, BOT bond, state enterprise bond, and/or other financial instruments in accordance with SEC announcement.

UOB Income Daily Open-ended Fund (UOBID) – Risk Level 4 A fixed income fund with an investment policy to invest in domestic debt instruments namely government bonds, bills of exchange of commercial banks, deposits in commercial banks, private bonds with investment-grade credit rating.

Conditions to be Eligible for Tax benefits 1) When complying with the terms of the Revenue Department and depending on the tax bracket of each investor. 2) RMF - maximum of 30% of the taxable income but not exceeding 500,000 Baht per year when combined with the accumulated value paid into the provident fund, the Government Pension Fund (GPF) and retirement insurance.
