All machine problems are covered for an annual fee, and unlike our competitors there are no exclusions for high value items like electronic boards. Customers can rest easy by extending the first year parts and labor warranty of their Cimbali machine for up to 3 years. A warranty plan can be purchased anytime within the current warranty period – see your service contract for full details.

8 Preventative Maintenance

Planned preventative maintenance ensures that your Cimbali machines are working to their full potential. To eliminate the risk of costly long term problems, Cimbali recommends that each super automatic coffee machine undergoes a full service every 30,000 cycles, or twice annually –depending on which occurs sooner.

Traditional machines should be serviced every 40,000 cycles, or once annually–depending on which occurs sooner.

Our tailored approach to servicing ensures customer satisfaction. We create Planned Preventive Maintenance agreements, or fully inclusive contracts with an affordable payment plan that best suits your company.
