Give Respect Get Respect All clubs will be fully audited annually going forward. It is important that club CWOs maintain records with copies of vetting letters, safeguarding certs and coaching qualifications. The audits and competition checks will require numbers and completion dates. Clubs will be sanctioned if they are found to omit volun- teers from the audits or team management lists, or have uncertified volunteers involved in their clubs.

The competition registration form will need to be submitted to the co secretary and CWO before you start any competition. This is to verify all listed players are insured and that all mentors and coaches are certified. Code of Behaviour. Not having fun! This doesn't mean that we need to make our training into a circus. In fact female athletes much prefer a well organised, tough training session. Fun here means playing the game. More game time at training and more matches means more players get to play and feel valued. Clubs with high retention rates also have high Game to Training Ratios. Players want to play games.
