What the film covers:
Bobby walker (Affleck) is living the American Dream, until he is stunned to find himself the latest casualty of corporate downsizing. Suddenly, bobby is forced to re-evaluate his self-worth as a husband, a father and a man. For as long as he can remember, he’s given his life to his job. Now, with only the love of his wife and family, it’s time to take his life back….
What we learn from this film:
In a corporate world it is required to be grounded many times. High achiever closely identifies oneself with an organization. It happens he forgets his identity and he is closer to organization but when setback comes, when performs become an issue and when he is ask to go from an organization it becomes very difficult for him to accept the harsh reality and has to face lot of consequence.
