In 2008 Michele earned the Best Female R&B Vocal Performance award and in 2009 Best Urban/Alternative Performance awards. She released her debut album in 2007 titled I AM. The album included four hits “If I Have My Way”, “Best of Me”, “Be OK”, and “Love Is You”. The album's lead single “If I Have My Way” charted at No.4 on US Billboard's Hot Adult R&B Airplay and No.24 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Since her debut, Michelle has released a string of successful albums including Epiphany (2009), Let Freedom Reign (2010), and her latest body of work Better (2013). Better was the result of a three year hiatus from the music industry, one that Michelle said was necessary. Amazon has several jobs listed online for its Amazon Tickets, including a project manager for "Earth's most customer-centric ticketing company, a place where event-goers can come to find and discover any ticket they might want to buy online."
