In that RUBY was interested in MESSINA, RUBY appeared to show them special attention and be invited them to his apartment after the club closed, where they remained for a short period of time.

MESSINA saw RUBY again on other visits, however, their association was strictly social.

Mrs. ERDWURMERDWURM stated that she considered MESSINA naive and feels thatthat MESSINA waswas overly impressed with RUBY because of ofhis, RUBY'',RUBY's, ownership of a night club and beingbeilg a "big spender." spender."
