[email protected] County, city A glimpse of a new park alarmed at raid on funds By ROB BURGESS The Daily Journal With no budget agreement expected from Sacramento for at least the next few days, an increas- ing number of local governments have expressed their discomfort with the proposed seizing of local funds by state legislators. The State of California is more than 50 days over- due for turning in a state budget at the start of the fis- cal year on July 1.
