FedEx Global Travel manages our preferred hotel program. Global Travel negotiate preferred rates with hundreds of hotels worldwide. FedEx Employees may also take advantage of these negotiated rates for personal travel hotel booking. We have a detailed online Hotel Directory of our preferred hotel properties. Global Travel does not make hotel reservations for Personal Travel. Employees may book directly with a preferred FedEx hotel. You should identify yourself as a FedEx employee and be prepared to show your FedEx ID upon check-in. To guarantee the rate, a hotel reservation must be made in advance, the hotel notified that you are entitled to the FedEx discount and the rate confirmed. If making a reservation online or via the hotel chain's central reservation phone number, you can also provide the FedEx corporate number for the hotel chains below.
