Rasi Industry, Both are Doing Business at: SF No.22, Veerapandi Village, Arivoli Nagar, Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore — 641 019, Both are Residing at: 26/10, Sabari Srinivasan Illam, Jayavarthanavelu Nagar, Jothipuram Post, Coimbatore — 641 020, had offered the immovable properties more fully described in the schedule hereunder as security for the above said loan. As the aforesaid borrowers failed to remit the demand amount within the stipulated 60 days, the Authorised Officer has taken possession of the properties on 17.01.2018 under section 13(4) of the aforesaid Act.
