SHERIF'S SALES Conditions ofsale 1. ‘Whe sale is conducted ini terms ofthe rules of the High Conrt, which provide that it shall be without reserve1 but subject to the ‘condition that the Sheriff requires to be satisfied that the highest price offered is reasonable, havingregard to the circumstances oftime and place and the state of the property. 2. After the auction, a report on the bidding and onthe highest price offered, together with any other relévant information relating to the sale, will be forwarded to the Sheriff, who,if satisfied that the highestprice offeredis reasonable, having regard to the circumstances of time and place*and the state of the property | will declare the highest bidderto be the ‘purchaser.
