GUEST FULFILLMENT CENTER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: I did not receive my confirmation code. What should I do? A: Your confirmation code may be in your Spam or Junk folders. If not, please proceed to the NASCAR Credential area – we have your name in the system and will take care of you. Q: Is my Cup Garage & Pits pass good for race day only? A: Your Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series pass is good for every day the garage is open on race weekend. Q: Is my Xfinity or Gander Outdoors Truck Series Garage & Pits pass good for race day only? A: Your pass is good for every day the respective series garage is open on race weekend. Q: Is my Garage & Pits pass transferrable? A: Garage and Pits passes are specific to the series and are not transferrable. Q: When can I pick up my Garage & Pits pass? A: Your pass can be picked up during the series credential operating hours. That schedule can be obtained through your NASCAR contact person or team representative. Q: Is Parking included with my pass? A: Parking is not included with a Garage and Pits pass. Temporary parking near the credential area is available for Garage and Pits pass pick up. Once you’ve secured your pass, please look for general parking areas around the track. Q: May I pick up my pass at a different location before the event? A: Yes, you may pick up your pass in advance of the event weekend at the following Guest Fulfillment Centers between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday: - Daytona Beach Office: One Daytona Boulevard, Daytona Beach - Charlotte Office: 550 South Caldwell Street - NASCAR Research and Development Center: 7010 Westwinds Boulevard, Concord Q: May I pick up my spouse’s pass or my business associate’s pass? A: Provided that waivers are signed and the online paperwork is properly completed, you may pick up another guest’s pass. .
