Student Financial Assistance Appointments Appointments with the Office of Student Financial Assistance can be made now! Please refer to the student and guest schedules, located here, for your TOP date before scheduling to ensure that your financial aid appointment will not interfere with TOP programming.

To change your major, please email [email protected] with your name, WKU ID number (begins with 80), and request to change your major. WKU Student ID Card Process Your WKU Student ID Card is used for multiple purposes, like: entering your residence hall, using your meal plan, and gaining admission into athletic events.

In order to receive your WKU Student ID Card at check-in, you will need to upload a photo to the link below at least 48 hours before your TOP date. https://www.wku.edu/idcenter/photo/

If you do not submit your photo before TOP, you can have your picture taken at TOP and pick up your ID at the end of your TOP program.

A Few More Things...

Students and their guest will have individual programming. Please plan to stay until 2:30 p.m. CST. If you are unable to stay for the duration of the program, please reschedule your TOP date. Wear comfortable shoes, as you will be walking to and from several buildings on campus.

Be sure to check the weather and bring a jacket or umbrella if needed.

Look over the student and guest schedule for your specific college before arriving to TOP.

From Nashville/Louisville 1. Take I-65 to Exit 28, and turn West on Fairview Ave./Cemetery Rd. 2. Cross 31-W Bypass and turn left onto College St. 3. Go to the top of the hill in front of Cherry Hall, and turn right. 4. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the 2nd stop sign. 5. Turn left at the light onto University Blvd. 6. Turn left into 2nd parking structure (PS2) and park your vehicle. 7. Walk across the road to DSU and take the elevator to the 2nd floor to check-in.

From Owensboro 1. Take Natcher Parkway to Exit 7 onto Morgantown Rd/US 231. 2. Travel approx. 2.5 miles to dead end and turn left onto Russellville Rd. 3. Prepare to turn left at the next light onto University Blvd then stay in the right lane. 4. Park in the 1st parking structure (PS2) on the right just past L.T. Smith Stadium. 5. Take the stairs/elevator to the first floor and walk across to DSU, then take the elevator to the 2nd floor to check-in. *For GPS directions to PS2, please use address: 320 University Blvd, Bowling Green, KY 42101*
