We are excited about the new look--the stylized-state-map logo (designed by Associate Editor Mrs. Daniel E. West) will" we believe, better identify us as a Tennessee publication and, alao, will adapt better 'to our printing process. Your new Editor is committed to continuing the fine work of her predecessors by publishing as much good material as possible important to the Tennessee re searcher. To that end we urge you to continue to send your suggestions and requests for articles. We will publish them as soon as space and material are available. Numbers of you have asked for the mailing dates of "Ansearchin'" News. At least for the next two years we hope to mail the Spring issue in March; the Summer issue in June; the Fall issue in September: and the Winter issue in December. However, all our staff is volunteer. and any number of things--births, deaths, weddings, illness, vacations, guests and weather--can adversely affect that goal. The Dec ember issue, especially, is difficult to get out at the hoped-for date because of indexing, preparations for the holidays and our reluctance to mail during the Christmas rush. We hope to have each issue arrive earlier than you expect it. but Rive us a month's leeway before you despair.
