Place the flanges on the underside of your table-top and mark the flange holes. Other Supplies Needed: • Pre-drill where you marked then install the flanges using the wood screws. • x16 Wood Screws • x1 Wood Top; 28-in x 18-in Step 2: Attaching the Legs • Take the 18-in pipes (x4) and place one in each installed flange, then tighten the set screws. Professional Tip • Make sure not to slide the 24-in & 12-in pipes too far in the Side Outlet Elbows to avoid blocking the vertical leg holes.

Step 4: Attaching the Base • Once you have the base built, slide the 18-in legs into the vertical Side Outlet Elbow connection points, then tighten the set screws. • With the whole table built, use the Allen Wrench to secure any remaining loose set screws for a firm & secure finished project.

Step 3: Top Assembly • Place the top board on the Flanges, try to keep the edges of the flanges ¾” from each side at the corners. Mark where the Flanges will go. • Predrill where you have marked. Take the Flanges off of the 36” pipe and secure them to where you predrilled with the Screws. • Place the top board onto the 36” pipe lengths and secure with the Allen Wrench.

Step 4: Armature Assembly • Place an Elbow at each end of the 15” length of pipe. Make sure the openings of the Elbows are pointed down. Secure each Elbow lightly with the Allen Wrench. • In the open Elbow ends, place a 3” length of pipe and secure with Allen Wrench.. • Place the Flanges at the base of each 3” length of pipe and secure them firmly with the Allen Wrench. • Place the Armature onto the top board, adjusting the Elbows so that the Flanges are flush with the cart top. Mark where you will drill. • Predrill where you have marked. • Place the Armature back and secure it to the top board with Screws.

Step 3: Finish Top Assembly • Take two 12” pipes and attach Side Outlet Elbows to each end as shown in above dia gram. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws. • Slide open horizontal Side Outlet Elbow holes onto open ends of 44” pipe. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.

Step 4: Installing Top • Place the top built in Stage 3 onto the vertical pipes by sliding the bottom of the Side Outlet Elbows onto each pipe then tighten set screws.

Pipe resistance to axial load The maximum load that a pipe is able to resist when it is placed vertically will depend on the characteristics of the material and design.

In case of SteelTek™ pipes, we recommend you not exceed the following maximum weight.

WARNING

The pipe can support the load mentioned when an axial load (load through longitude axis) is applied as shown in the picture. If you apply this weight with any angle different to 90°, the pipe will fail.

To ensure proper assembly between pipe and fittings, it is recommended a tightening torque of 30 lb/ft.
