The Stewards of the Club at their Meeting held on 4th March, 2007 have decided that an Out-station horse must be present on the premises of this Club to participate in a race for which the horse is duly entered, before the time specified for the Acceptances, unless an advance intimation, in writing, is received from the Trainer concerned regarding the arrival date and time of the horse.

Due to non-compliance of any of the conditions mentioned above, the concerned horse will be struck out at the Acceptance stage and the Trainer may be fined, at the discretion of the Stewards.
