Scott is the Neighborhood Resources Administrator for the City of Garland; he has witnessed firsthand the effect public art can have on a community and would like to see the value of public art codified into the development process as a vital element to uplifting the human spirit.

Mr. Bollinger completed both his Bachelor of Art in Political Science and English and his Master of Public Administration in City Management at Texas Tech University.

Sam is the artistic director for Verdigris Ensemble. He wants to be a part of LAI in order to learn to be a better leader and implement practices that will keep Verdigris Ensemble growing.

Mr. Bruham received his Bachelor of Music from Westminster Choir College. He founded Verdigris Ensemble in 2017.

Jason an attorney and founder of Jason Carr PLLC. After founding a company in the energy sector that was very successful he sold that business to pursue his long held dream of getting a law degree. Jess is a Senior Project Interior Designer with HOK. The arts have been an integral part of her life and her family, she believes art is crucial to a child’s development and uses art as a creative and therapeutic outlet.

Ms. Collins has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Miami University and is a practicing artist with a commissioned piece currently shown at One Arts Plaza in Dallas.

Clara is the founding director of The Mexico Institute. She has attended many BCA programs throughout the years.

Ms. Hinojosa received her Business Administration degree from the English College in Mexico City, anthropology studies degrees from Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia and Universidad de Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and her BA in liberal arts from Virginia Western College.

Kathryn is a geriatric program manager at Texas Health Resources. She is an active member of National Organization of Arts in Health, trh University of Florida Center for Arts in Medicine, and the University Settlement in NYC.

Ms. MacDonell received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary, and her Master of Arts, Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She earned the Kahanoff Scholarship for her graduate degree and the Mosaic Pin for demonstrating multicultural awareness and diversity.

Andrea is a district manager at Starbucks and joined LAI in order to become an advocate and a champion for the arts within the community. She attended an international boarding school from age 14 and has been exposed to a variety of different cultures and backgrounds.

Heather is the Associate Vice President for Academic and Administrative Information Resources at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She was an avid participant in the performing arts in high school and college.

Ms. Mishra earned her bachelor of Science in biology and her Master of Business Administration in healthcare leadership with high distinction from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Ms. Shook received her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of North Texas and has completed courses towards Master of Business Administration from University of Texas at Dallas.

Thomas is the Assistant Vice President of Operations and Compliance at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He believes that art is a valuable and irreplaceable part of a well-lived life and has been involved in the arts since childhood. He helped to reopen the Kessler Theater in Oak Cliff and since has been involved in many arts initiatives including several that bridge digital and traditional mediums.

Dr. Spencer received his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Study, Executive Master of Business Administration and his Doctor of Philosophy in Public Affairs from University of Texas at Dallas.

Ms. Taylor was formally trained in dance and worked as a model and actress prior to transferring her skills to a career in Public Relations.

His earliest memory is of a trip to an art museum with his grandfather and since has traveled to over 20 countries and 30 states visiting art museums in many of those.
