jan-15 10 jan-15 11 Studying, constructing and operating road concessions in Portugal are some of the well-established experiences listed in ELEVO Group’s curriculum, the result of its participations in various concessionaires. A curriculum filled with granular bases in crushed materials, with concrete in road works of art and bituminous concrete, with many earthworks, with bridges, with viaducts…

In Portugal, the Group’s forefront position in terms of the introduction of bituminous mixtures with recycled rubber and cold-technology bituminous products assumes particular importance. And because our environmental commitment is a serious concern, the ELEVO Group has endeavoured to produce bituminous mixtures incorporating approximately 50% in milled materials, reducing and rationalising the waste in construction and thereby also reducing the costs for the country.

jan-15 18 The participation in the Lisbon and Oporto projects demonstrates our capacity to execute works of this scale and complexity. The ELEVO Group curriculum includes the construction of underground and aboveground lines as well as the construction of various metro stations.

In Railways, the ELEVO Group had an active participation in the renewal of the North, South, Minho and Sintra Lines, as well as in the construction of some stations. Tecnasol (our Foundations and Geotechnics Specialized Subsidiary) has been awarded and completed with success, Special Foundations and Geotechnics works at the Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Malaga and Bilbao subways.

The complexity of the projects assumed required the technical team responsible to increase its know- how to a level way above the average, placing the entire ELEVO Group today in a prominent position in terms of technical competency in these types of projects

The Alcântara, Ave, Serzedo and Setúbal WWTPs are references in terms of sewerage treatment. In terms of drinking water treatment, the ELEVO Group participated in the construction of the S. Jorge, Azibo and Rabagão WTPs, amongst others.

Combining our Industrial Construction knowledge with our national and international technological partners’ know-how has been the best recipe to widen our knowledge in the area of solid municipal waste reduction. This is what enables us, today, to be an operator apart in the separation and treatment of solid and municipal waste, our curriculum containing references to works such as the Organic Recovery Plants (ORP) in Amadora, Leiria, Aveiro, Coimbra and Vila Nova de Gaia.

We have arrived at a level of knowledge which surpasses that of most in this area and are prepared to project and construct treatment plants, water and sewerage networks, anywhere.
