That this House notes that: (a) from 29 August to 9 September 2012, the fourteenth Summer Paralympic Games were held in London, and (b) Australia was one of 164 nations competing where Australian athletes won a total of 85 medals of which 32 were Gold, 23 were Silver and 30 were Bronze. 2. That this House commends the dedication and perseverance of all Australian athletes that competed in these Games. 3.
