No.NBE-3/EX-HSLC/2009-2010:: The following rules/instructions pertaining to HSLC Examination 2009 are hereby published for information of all concerned: Documents which are not legible or do not tally are to be returned to the Board immediately by the Institution/Centre through a special messenger and not through the candidate or his/her representative for verification and necessary action. MARKSHEETS: (a) Marksheets shall be collected by the concerned Centre Superintendents/Heads of the Registered Institutions within 10(ten) days from the Board's Office after publication of the result. (b) Collection of marksheets by candidates : Category of candidates to be collected from Regular/Institutional privates Institution where IAF was forwarded External Centre where appeared Candidates must produce their original admit cards at the time of collection of marksheets. They must sign in the counter foil of the marksheet. (c) Marksheets shall not be issued to candidates from this Office. Corrections, if any, in the marks/division shall be intimated to the concerned school/centre through an authorised Board's Official. ISSUE OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF QUALIFICATION : Original certificate of qualification are issued to qualified candidates along with marksheets. As such, provisional certificate of qualification need not be issued by the institutions. Further, institutions who admit students should not insist on provisional certificate of qualification. CORRECTION: Applications for correction of errors in the marksheet should reach the Board's Office within 90(ninety) days from the date of publication of the result.Such applications should be routed through the concerned school/centre only. Correction in the admit card shall not be entertained as the stipulated time is over. 2 POST PUBLICATION RESCRUTINY : (a) Rescrutiny of answer-scripts in 2 (two) or less subjects only is permitted. The application should be routed through the school/centre. (b) Candidates with needs improvement grade in 3 (three) or more subjects are not eligible for rescrutiny. (c) The application and prescribed fee of Rs.200/- per subject for rescrutiny should reach the Office within 15 (fifteen) days after the publication of the result i.e., on or before 20th May 2009 along with the original-copy of the marksheet, admit card and certificate of qualification. (d) Rescrutiny results shall be declared within 45 (forty-five) days after the declaration of this result. POST PUBLICATION RESULT: (a) Rescrutiny result shall be sent to all registered institutions. (b) The rescrutiny result is not notified individually. (c) Corrigendum and addendum of this result gazette shall be published along with the rescrutiny results. Therefore, the cut off marks of the grades will vary from subject to subject.
