This order shall dispose of the Complaint received by the Ethics Officer of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (for short "the BCCI") from Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, (hereinafter referred to as "the Complainant"), under Rule 39 of the Rules and Regulations of the BCCI (for short "the Rules") against Mr. Rahul Dravid.
