EEAS-ASEAN-TEAM@eeas europa.eu This note of practical arrangements provides information on the logistical organisation of the dinner hosted by the Vice-President of the European Commission, Maroš Šefčovič and the EU-ASEAN Senior Official’s dinner hosted by EEAS.

1. Venue and Dinner Date The two dinners will take place at the Maison Grand Place on Monday 21 January 2019,19.15-21.30

19.00 Transfer by bus from the Europa Building (Council) to the Maison Grand Place (or by own transportation)

19.15 - 19.45 Welcome Cocktail (1st Floor for VIP and Ground Floor for all EU-ASEAN SOM delegate)

19.45-22.00 Dinner (1st Floor for VIP and Ground Floor for all EU- ASEAN SOM delegate)

3. Transport Modality

There will be a bus transfer from the Europa Building (Council) (Pick up point: in front of European Building) to the Maison Grand Place

Bus departing at: 19.00

However, there will no bus for the return to your hotels

For VIP cars: if you would like to access the Grand Place and drop off or pick up in front of the restaurant, please kindly make a request by sending your car number plate to the Event Team before 18 January 2019 at [email protected]
