Corporate press release DEAG: Ticketing platform MYTICKET.CO.UK will be launched on 30 June 2015 at 1pm Berlin, 30 June 2015 – DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE000A0Z23G6) continues to expand its direct ticket sales activities: DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG (‘DEAG’) and Kilimanjaro Live Ltd are delighted to announce that the launch of the ticketing platform www.MyTicket.co.uk will take place today - on 30 June 2015 at 1pm. MyTicket.co.uk will be a purchase hub for all events in the UK with ties to the German arm of the DEAG group. The MyTicket concept was developed by DEAG and its subsidiary MyTicket.de. The ticketing platform has been running in Germany for six months and is now responsible for 5 % of all of the group’s tickets sold online in the first full quarter of MyTicket.de’s business operations. Tickets for events of the Kili Group and Raymond Gubbay Ltd, a further company of the DEAG group in the United Kingdom, will now be available on the new platform MyTicket.co.uk. DEAG sells around 1.2 million tickets per year via its companies Kilimanjaro Live Ltd and Raymond Gubbay Ltd. The launch of MyTicket.co.uk will merge the companies’ sales activities in order to open up MyTicket.co.uk for third- party providers next year after the start-up phase has been completed. Professor Peter L.H. Schwenkow, CEO and Founder of DEAG comments: ‘With MyTicket we are considerably expanding our value chain and are equally successful in the United Kingdom and in the G/S/A countries. With the attractive content within the DEAG Group, we can rely on excellent conditions for an ongoing rapid growth on our ticketing platform.’ Stuart Galbraith, CEO Kilimanjaro said: ‘This is an exciting development for Kilimanjaro. We have always operated as an independent promoter and MyTicket.co.uk allows us to continue to do so and provide fans with tickets directly. We have many exciting projects in place for 2015. It’s a time for growth and investment in our core regular projects whilst looking for interesting opportunities wherever they arise.’ Anthony Findlay, Chief Executive of Raymond Gubbay Ltd said: ‘We are delighted to be working with our partners DEAG and our UK sister company Kilimanjaro Live on this exciting new ticketing platform, providing a tailored service both for our existing customers and giving a greater reach into the market place.’ DEAG and Kilimanjaro consider their own ticket distribution as a strategic business unit of the Group. With the further optimized distribution strategy it will be possible to integrate the high-margin distribution business sustainably into the value chain and to upscale the business model of DEAG.
