PARTICIPATING CARRIERS

In Economy Class, AD75 authorization numbers entitle qualified agency personnel to a 75% reduction on applicable fares when traveling on , ™ *, Air Canada rouge™, Lufthansa, the Austrian Group (Austrian, Lauda Air, Tyrolean Airways, Rheintaflug), and Swiss.

In Business Class, AD 75/50 authorization numbers entitle qualified agency personnel to a 75/50% reduction on applicable fares when traveling on Air Canada, Air Canada Express™ *, Lufthansa and the Austrian Airline Group (Austrian, Lauda Air, Tyrolean Airways, Rheintaflug), and Swiss.

ELIGIBILITY and VALIDITY

AD75/50 ACTA special offer is extended to valid ACTA travel agent ID card holders only.

2014 AD75/50 authorizations are valid for outbound travel, up to and including January 31, 2015. Please review the fare rule first to ensure it permits an agent discount and book your reservation in your CRS.

The AD75/50 program is extended to travel agencies who have held IATA accreditation for at least 12 consecutive months. Its personnel must be employed by the agency, without interruption, for 12 months before the travel date.

Qualified personnel must be employed by an IATA appointed travel agency, without interruption, for 12 months before the travel date, or for at least 3 months with a current agency, provided they were previously employed with another approved agency, and the employment interruption did not exceed 60 days.

The AD75/50 ACTA special offer is not eligible for travel agents holding IATA Travel Industry Designator Service # (TIDS).

A fifty percent reduction (AD50) is also extended to the spouse of the qualified agency personnel, provided that the agency personnel and the spouse are booked on the same PNR, and travel all segments of the itinerary together, in Economy or Business Class . A spouse is defined as legally married or common-law partner of the same or opposite sex.

Upon check-in or at the gate, travel agents must present a valid ACTA travel agent ID card for domestic Canada travel and a valid IATA travel ID card for transborder and international travel. Please consult IATA resolution 880 in the IATA travel agents’s manual for all terms and conditions for reduced fares for accredited travel agencies.

To submit a request for your two (2) AD75 authorization numbers for 2014, please fill in the AD75 ACTA Request Form and fax it to ACTA at 905-282-9826. Please allow 7 business days for processing.

RESERVATIONS

Economy Class Reservations must be booked in M class, but the discount must be applied using: - Y or B fares within Canada, US and international destinations Please note currently AD75/50 are not available on Air Canada's Premium Economy and Air Canada’s rouge Premium rouge product.

Business Class AD75 travel within 7 days of departure date (one-way or return trip). - Book in Z class, and apply your discount using the J fare.

AD50 travel within 21 days of departure date (one-way or return trip). - Book in Z class, and apply your discount using the J fare.

Economy Class: S class Business Class: P class First Class: Contact LH sales office for authorization, and book O class, once authorized. Not valid on LH flight numbers operated by trains or buses Not valid for entry into airport lounges or affiliated lounges operated by other carriers.

TICKETING Economy Class and Business Class

A ticket time limit applies to all unrestrictive fares. Ticketing is required 3 days prior to departure, or within 24 hours for bookings made within 3 days of departure. Bookings will be monitored via the Air Canada automated Flight Firming Tool which searches for un-ticketed PNRs passed their ticketing deadline. You will receive an automated message a few days in advance of the ticketing deadline for your un-ticketed PNRs. Please remember to action your queues and provide ticket number (s) by the required date to prevent PNR cancellation.

INTERLINE TRANSPORTATION ON CARRIERS OTHER THAN AC, LH, OS AND LX

When interline carriers are part of a single reduced-rate journey, please contact the other airline for instructions regarding reduced rate transportation. Approval must be obtained from the other airline before you issue the ticket. Please cross-reference the other airline authorization or approval code in the endorsement box of the AC ticket and enter it in an OSI AC field of the PNR.

In the event that you are international denied entry into the country resulting in a cost to Air Canada, Lufthansa or the destinations: Austrian Airline Group, these airlines shall retain the right to seek redress for any and all costs it incurred. Such occurrence is likely to result in the withdrawal, cancellation or suspension of reduced rate travel privileges of the travel agency by which you are employed.
