ORDER No: A212588/2016 DATED: L6 I 061 2016 The under mentioned PD Teacher is provisionally promoted as Primary Headmaster in the Scale of Pay of {18740-33680(pre revised scale) and posted to the School noted against her names with immediatb effect. The promotion now ordered is purely provisional under Rule 9A(i) of General Rules and subject to review later, if found necessary. The promotee should be relieved with direction to report for duty at the new station on or before OL|O712016. Before reliving the promotee, the Heads of School concerned should satisfy the date of Birth, Qualification, etc. of the promotee and they should satisfy themselves that the promotee possess necessary qualification to be promoted to the category of Primary Headmaster. The Head of School should noted that teacher having LTTC not be considered for promotion as Headmaster. If the teacher promoted as Primary Headmaster is found not qualified for promotion or promoted earlier or rendered permanent relinquishment, they need not be relieved and the fact should be reported forthwith. s Name of schools in which the promoted teachers working at present, noted, may not be correct. In such cases/ the Heads of schools should extent this order to the transferred school under intimation to this office. If there is any doubt, the promotees need not be relieved and the fact should be repofted. If any promote is not willing to accept the promotion a relinquishment in the prescribed form should be obtained from the teacher and forwarded to the undersigned duly countersigned by the Headmaster on or before OLI 07l2016. Copy of the relinquishment duly countersigned by the Headmaster should be pasted in the Service Book of the concerned teachers with necessary entries in the Seruice Book under proper attestation. If the relinquishment is not received and the promotee has not joined duty in the stipulated time, the promotion will be cancelled without further notice. Advisories • Do frequent hand washing with soap and water. Avoid social greetings by touching, hugging or handshaking. • Do not touch your face, nose and eyes. • Use handkerchief while coughing/ sneezing. It is advisable for all to use masks during the COVID 19 pandemic season. N95 masks should not be worn by the public. • Training and IEC videos prepared by the department are available on “Kerala Health Online Training” YouTube channel of the Directorate of Health Services.
