    PACIFIC COMMISSION ATTACHMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Upfront Commissions. Unless expressly stated to the contrary in an Attachment, the following conditions shall apply to any Upfront Commissions authorized under this Agreement: (i) In order for a commission to be applicable, tickets must be issued in accordance to ARC/IATA regulations using American Airlines (001 ticket validation) or Japan Airlines (131 ticket validation). Contractor must plate the ticket on the Marketed Carrier of the first Transpacific segment. Tickets validated on a Carrier but Marketed and Operated by another Carrier are subject to a debit memo. (ii) The Endorsement box must show the following: ''Non-Endorsable'', ''Valid on AA/JL only'', and ''Refund only to issuing agent''. (iii) Tickets issued as round-trip must be used round-trip. If the return portion is not used, the Joint Business may issue to Contractor or the Authorized Sales Outlet a debit memo for the difference between the amount remitted and the published one-way fare. (iv) Commissions must be deducted at the time of ticketing. The amount of the Commission shall be based on the base fare only, excluding Charges. (v) Charges, Applicable taxes, airport, immigration, customs, security surcharges and other fees, regardless of country of origin, must be collected by the Authorized Sales Outlet at the time of ticketing. (vi) Fare rules regarding advance purchase, minimum stay, penalties, seasonality, stopovers, discounts, rerouting, open jaw, open returns, service charges and refunds are based on the applicable fare basis codes listed below, and such rules must be followed by the Authorized Sales Outlets (vii) American’s standard Internet/On-line Commission Policy, as updated from time to time in the Agency Reference System currently found at www.aa.com/agency shall be applicable to the Authorized Sales Outlets for travel booked via the Internet/On-line Services (viii) The Joint Business shall pay no retroactive commissions (ix) Commissions must be taken from published fares only.

    Performance monitoring report 2018/19 Date of issue: 31 July 2019 Gatwick Airport Limited 1. Introduction This report provides an update on performance at Gatwick in the financial year 2018/19, ending 31 March 2019. Gatwick Airport is continuing to perform very well for passengers and airlines and has delivered consistently good service performance in nearly all areas, achieving 100% of its monthly Core Service Standards for the second year in a row. All of the data in this report have been made available to airline users during 2018/19. In publishing this report, Gatwick Airport welcomes feedback from airlines users, passenger representatives and the CAA. 1 2. Traffic Gatwick Airport served 46.4 million passengers in the financial year 2018/19. This was an increase of 1.6% over the previous year. Driving this growth was an increase in long haul routes, increasing by 1.1 million passengers or 14.3%, while short haul and domestic traffic passenger numbers were 0.4 million below prior year, mainly as a result of the loss of Monarch Airlines in October 2017, and the slow utilisation of Monarch’s previous slot allocation. Year round service begins February 20, 2020 Capacity increases to daily service in the summer 2020 schedule February 20, 2020, New York, NY – Today, Brussels Airlines launched year-round flights to and from Washington, DC to Brussels, Belgium. The new service increases the air carrier’s capacity on this important route from a seasonal flight to year-round service. Traveling four times per week, Brussels Airlines flight SN515 will depart from Brussels at 10:15 am with an A330-200 aircraft. It will arrive in DC at 01:00 pm. The return flight, SN516, will depart from Dulles International Airport at 06:10 pm and arrive in Brussels at 07:45 am on the following day. All times are local. Beginning March 29, 2020, Belgium’s home air carrier will increase the frequency of its Washington, DC route to a daily operation. The daily service will also be operated with an Airbus 330-200 aircraft that consists of a seat configuration of 22 Business Class seats, 21 Premium Economy Class seats and 212 Economy Class seats.
