    FRANÇOIS-XAVIER HOLDERITH APPOINTED GROUP CFO Paris, April 14, 2021 – François-Xavier HOLDERITH joined Compagnie des Alpes on April 12th, to serve as Group Chief Financial Officer, member of the Executive Committee. He will take over the Finance, Risk, and Insurance duties of Denis Hermesse, who is stepping down on May 1st to join the executive committee of STIB – Société des Transports Intercommunaux de Bruxelles – as Senior Vice President for Finance & Services. STIB is Belgian’s number one urban public transportation provider. Since 2015, François-Xavier Holderith had served as Head of Group Treasury & Financing for Verallia Packaging which he supported until its IPO on Euronext Paris. Prior to that, he held several different positions at Compagnie de Saint Gobain, where he was head of capital market operations. He began his international career with the National Australian Bank in London as a listed derivatives broker. François-Xavier Holderith earned a master’s in finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, a master’s in trading from ESLSCA Business School, and a master’s in finance from the Université de Paris Dauphine.
