The report recommends that the planning committee undertake a site visit for the above planning application which relates to a particularly large and complex proposal. Having an understanding of the site without a site visit is difficult given that most of the site cannot be seen from the public realm. The report below provides an outline of the site location, the main constraints in and around the site and an overview of the proposals. No assessment of the proposals is made within the report as at this stage the report is for information and to agree the procedure for determination, specifically to include a member site visit. lk a E W H e T I d i T A s E T r L e e E S ST G v M n L A T i i T H l R E R E Ta n g l ew o o d 1 W S o A 8 R O d 0 V 1 P A D n t 2 e r H O 8. 2 m u C L w o 3 L a 1 v 27 . 7 m 1 G C 13 en d 6 A i sh 22 . 3 m C F N o u 1 L E 1 r 6 t 7 O Te n n i s C o u rts E 9 8 R A 4 LB 1 4 15 . 5 m 1 1 S 2 E 2 3 N 5 T 7a C 5 D 3 5 E A 2 L T w r R O R A 1 2 6 R 2 O T 5a 6 C IN 1 A 23 1 D 4 2 El 1 E Su 5 l Su b b S t S ta a 2. 4 m 1 2 L T w r 5 3 7 Pl a yg ro u n d 9 33 6 1 1 4 3b El l ac o m be 3 L 8 C 5 0 9 (A g e d P e rs o n s H o s te l ) 7 1 8 2 N 1 1 1 E 5 1 3 S 6 R 2 E 8 T 3 C PE 1 E H A a U 2 L M N K 2 A 3 H 2 t 1 ST N I 4 o 8 A L L 1 E R R a V O A 2 A D 7 D ay C e ntr e I O 2 17 . 4 m Y 8 E N W L 2 3 2 6 N 2 3 2 t 1 R 7 E 1 A 3 3 o 7 35 . 7 m L 1 2 6 3 O T 1 3 4 L 6 S 7 9 6 A 4 25 . 3 m E 3 Th o rp e H o us e D S a t 1 L 1 o 0 4 6 6 7 E 2 2 5 Y La n gl e y P re p ar ato ry 1 8 Th o rp e 14 . 3 m A 2 V Sc ho o l 2 Ri v er w a y 3 H ei g h ts E Po st s 1 t 9 2 3 5 o 4 N 2 C ou r t 1 a 6 3 6 Sh e lt er U 2 E 5 2 17 . 1 m t 3 8 S 0 Be ec h H i l l 8 o 2 7 3 1 O Th e U T M 4 2 H d e H am l e t C en tre n t a 1 7 o 1 n U n o i 5 L t 2 1 1 4 6 1 o a w 3 t 7 E S L 7 L 25 . 3 m W t A 6 a R h 7 3 O Re s tha v en c t A 39 . 0 m e a D D (N u r si n g H o me ) Y r A Th e T er rac e 2 O 0 R 2 1 4 R O A 1 9 7 S 1 3 E 2 5 P 7 L 1 1 7 A 1 5 S S 4 6 Be e c h H il C ot t ag e t N E o D U 9 R 7 8 O D 4 O 1 a 7 A 4 D 1 9 H 1 9 A 4 L L L I Sw i m m i ng H E 2 5 5 2 1 1 Po o l 9 5 2 9 1 C 1 2 6 H ot el 6 5 2 a PH 1 b 1 R 1 1 9 7 6 E 6 6 9 2 5 7 19 . 2 m S 3 9 17 . 4 m 21 . 3 m 1 b C 5 9 6 4 9 E B 1 PH N 39 . 3 m 3 El Su b S ta 9 a 1 2 El Su b S ta 7 0 3 T 3. 7 m 5 48 1 a 1 2 0 5 0 7 1 6 9 6 b 2 8 4 8 10 10 6 3 9 1 1 8 6 16 . 2 m 1 c 1 1 3 4 1 0 M L W 8 7 1 3 1 1 1 2 1 2 1 d 7 4 8 A lb io n C o ur t 4 1 1 4 8 e . 0 1 6 8 4 3 4 8 m 3 6 1 1 2 1 A 3 0 6 5 5 W 8 a 1 5 re h 1 o 7 7 u s e 6 7 1 1 3 1 7 2 9 to 1 18 . 0 m 3 2 2 6 1 1 E 2 ) 2 il S c e n O g u d o L o 9 1 48 C L 8 ct C e i p tr r 1 is D N 0 E o Fo u n dr y 2 1 D 3 Th A 7 O N E d 5 15 . 8 m R b an 1 Bri d g e E D l 3 6 E H ot el N e l so n S 1 A d 27 1 L a 1 1 U ro 1 1a 3 O 3 (B 15 1 3 3 H 6 Y 6 5 E 1 LL LB 19 a 1 I V TC B s 8 H PC 1 R 6 7 2 1 2 Po st s 0 R 9 A 11 . 9 m 23 b 25 M o P O 1a 7 3 SA H 9 R S 4 2 Y 1 T a 2 S M L W R El N A 6. 1 m W O 4 E 54 A 2 E LB N E D Su b Sta 1 a 4 E C ha p e l ( d i s) R 46 L G 4 9. 8 m M 2 G 32 . 3 m D E 6 O 8 Y L 8 H 0 6 K 4 2 G 5 1 A 1 I A 4 7 O 1 0 a H 1 2 1 D V 1 15 . 2 m 0 6 A 1 TH 26 E O 1 a O Y R 7 N 4 t R R 1 8 L S PE 3 7 U E 1 15 . 5 m b 5 R 17 a Su O A 7 H E l A R E D ET 2 c B 1 T 3 E r I 6 i n d so 0 6 L W 40 L 9 EG A D 7 O Ro s ar y C e me te ry R A R 10 . 7 m H ou s e P H T H O U 1 L 1 t D 2 A o M 3 1 2 t L N R o 2 A 1 E 2 1 9 Y 4 O E A 1 S T 1 Vi e n n a 7 2 9 a C ar P a rk o 7 9 t 46 1 A pa r tm e n ts 6 d 2 1 2 M a n or M o o ri n gs o 62 t to 9 4 6 4 3 4 2 1 3 s a o 1 c 2 a ' 0 6 t t 1 3 33 .
