Sure, you could fault her at first for keeping her knowledge of Brambleclaw's dream visits. The overall pacing of the series was atrocious ad the in-between books really dragged. However, it turns out that they are actually the kits of Leafpool and Crowfeather, Crowfeather of which does not know that they are his children. Both Juniperkit and Dandelionkit die when they are young, but Alderheart and Sparkpelt live on with Alderheart being the protagonist of A Vision of Shadows. Leafpool gives her kits to Squirrelflight to raise and keeps their true origins a secret from the Clan until Hollyleaf reveals the truth at a Gathering. He glanced around, wondering where to beginhelping his wounded and frightened Clanmates. Find one here! Erin Hunter Oct Brook met his gaze steadily. It's always a little bittersweet to finish a book in this series, but it's even more so when I've come to the end of a fantastic arc such as this.
