Oct 12, Alex Richey rated it really liked it Shelves: childrens , audio , fantasy. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Sure, you could fault her at first for keeping her knowledge of Brambleclaw's dream visits. The overall pacing of the series was atrocious ad the in-between books really dragged. However, it turns out that they are actually the kits of Leafpool and Crowfeather, Crowfeather of which does not know that they are his children. Both Juniperkit and Dandelionkit die when they are young, but Alderheart and Sparkpelt live on with Alderheart being the protagonist of A Vision of Shadows. Leafpool gives her kits to Squirrelflight to raise and keeps their true origins a secret from the Clan until Hollyleaf reveals the truth at a Gathering. He glanced around, wondering where to beginhelping his wounded and frightened Clanmates. Find one here! Erin Hunter Oct Brook met his gaze steadily. As in "Starlight," I strongly felt his desire to be recognized for all his hard work by becoming deputy of ThunderClan. Squirrelflight trusts Brambleclaw fully again, but Leafpool isn't so sure. Erin Hunter is inspired by a love of cats and a fascination with the ferocity of the natural world. Trivia About After Sunset: We Of course, I always do. There is one prophecy that has been ongoing;before there is peace, blood will spill blood and the lake will run red.

She felt unwanted, like all her friends and family had turned their backs on her. I also don't like where Brambleclaw's character is going - he was such a strong, honorable cat in the beginning of the series; to see him succumbing to ambition like his father is so hard. From the cockpit of a Corsair fighter we gaze down at the Japanese task force racing to destroy the American amphibious force at Okinawa. Other Editions When she told him so she is pretty direct isn't she? His first love was a non-WindClan she-cat who sacrificed herself to save him, her fellow travelers, and the Tribe of Rushing Water. Their hope was that the Allies would see what the cost in lives would be if they invaded Japan and instead sue for peace. Midnight reminds me of Zecora. The Twilight Warriors , winner of the Samuel Eliot Morison Award for Naval Literature, is the engrossing, page-turning saga of a tightly knit band of naval aviators who are thrust into the final—and most brutal—battle of the Pacific war: Okinawa. If you have any interest in the Pacific theater of WWII I highly recommend this book that included the meticulous research of non-fiction and the readability of a novel.

Summary: Grade 9 Up–Headstrong, sun-loving, 17-year-old Bella declines her mom's invitation to move to Florida, and instead reluctantly opts to move to her dad's cabin in the dreary, rainy town of Forks, WA. She becomes intrigued with Edward Cullen, a distant, stylish, and disarmingly handsome senior, who is also a vampire. When he reveals that his specific clan hunts wildlife instead of humans, Bella deduces that she is safe from his blood-sucking instincts and therefore free to fall hopelessly in love with him. The feeling is mutual, and the resulting volatile romance smolders as they attempt to hide Edward's identity from her family and the rest of the school.
