“To have life more abundantly” Circular 7 of 2018 1 March 2018

Dear Parents

6 March 2018, 18:30 for 19:00 – the most important day of this year – WHY? SGB Elections. Every three years the Parent Body of the SGB needs to be elected. Without a properly elected and constituted parent body, EHS will be placed under direct control of the WCED. At present, EHS is able to run as a public school but in control of the management and governance of the school. If we wish to remain “independent” from the WCED, we then need your presence at the SGB elections on 6 March. A quorum of 203 parents will be needed for the SGB elections to be a success.

We appeal to you to diarise this date so that you can ensure that EHS continues to be a success.

Proudly EHS

Mr RG Lawrence PRINCIPAL
