Main functions
u u Services of these Centres … Collecting and collation of information on drug related organised crime for the use of the law enforcement agencies.
Helping the member countries to exchange information and collect it in the common databases (if so needed)
Assistance in acquiring information on targeted persons and their criminal links.
Assistance in dissemination of information on wanted persons (when needed). Services of these Centres :
Organising working meetings of the case officers involved in investigations with potential linkages.
Organising working meetings for planning and coordination of the multilateral operations including controlled deliveries .
Acting as a full time coordination centre in the course of multilateral operations;
Developing recommendations based on the outcomes of the operations. … These Centre can use following sources of information ::

In Dushanbe, by 6 cases of interdiction of the smuggling of drugs, there were In Kazakhstan and China, as a result of multi-way detained : joint operation, 19 members of drug trafficking - 4 citizens of the South Africa; group were detained, of which : Almaty - 7 citizens of Philippines ; - 4 citizens of Mongolia; - 1 citizen of Nigeria; - 5 citizens of Afghanistan; Beijing - 1 female citizen of Uganda. Baku - 1 citizen of Ghana; 84 kg 993 gr of heroin were seized. - 7 citizens of Nigeria; Dushanbe - 1 citizen of Uzbekistan. in Baku, by 5 cases of interdiction of the 15 kg of heroin were seized. smuggling of drugs, there were detained : Shanghai - 3 citizens of Azerbaijan; In Kyrgyzstan, by 4 cases, there were detained - 2 citizens of Nigeria; drug traffickers : - 1 citizen of Bulgaria; - 1 citizen of Nigeria; - 4 citizens of Pakistan; - 1 citizen of Sierra Leone. - 1 female citizen of Uzbekistan. 9.187 kg of heroin were seized.
