Memories of Greece In 2006 ICCA organised a record-breaking annual Congress on the beautiful island of Rhodes, bringing together more than 800 ICCA friends and colleagues from all over the world. Led by the Capsis Hotel Rhodes & Convention Centre “Marika Capsis 2000” and P.C.Podimatas Audiovisual, the Greek local hosts organised a truly exceptional event, from the welcome lounge in Athens Airport set up by the city’s hotels to the spectacular “underwater” gala evening - the whole Greek meetings industry and our national government enthusiastically supported the Congress financially, organisationally, and emotionally. For all of us it was a tremendous honour and a wonderful success. Three years on from that memorable experience, all the Greek ICCA members join together to wish our colleagues in Italy every success with this year’s Congress in Florence, and to remind ICCA friends about the wonderful facilities, attractions, and warmth of welcome of our homeland.
