Global brands expect spaces that provide the perfect stage to represent their image and to showcase their unique collections. As a specialist in retail and luxury real estate premises, we keep this constantly in mind and strive for excellence in everything we do. Since 1979, our aim has been to focus on the higher end of the German-speaking market base whilst still maintaining our own luxury retail unit. Our strong network provides us with access to a range of platforms that are suitable to any luxury brand, as property owners benefit from our partnership with global luxury clients and their stunning architectural boutique concepts and red carpet collections. If you consult with us, we can give you advice to help you define your goals and implement them accordingly. Our mission is clear: to achieve sustainable added value for both parties, tenant and land- lord. We recognise that it is a win-win situation for both parties when they collaborate. This is where we can help you. We know what it takes to make a successful business: focused market observation, professional environment analysis, international expertise, a close partnership and network, dedicated consultation and a real instinct for market developments. It is these components that shape the foundation and add value for both the retailer and the property owner – we speak the language of both! Purchasing Power Europe 2016 on the rise Purchasing power on the rise in central and eastern European countries. Europeans have around 0.3 percent more nominal purchasing power per person in 2016 compared to last year. The available net income of the population varies substantially among the 42 countries. The highest average purchasing power can be found in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Luxembourg, while the lowest is in Belarus, Moldova and the Ukraine. Ukrainians have only one eightieth the average purchasing power of Liechtenstein inhabitants. A total of approximately €9.18 trillion is available to European consumers in 2016 for spending and saving. This corresponds to an average per- capita purchasing power of €13,672 for the 42 countries evaluated in the study, which is a nominal increase of approximately 0.3 percent. The low growth in Europe's average per-capita purchasing power is due to exchange rate effects and stagnating growth rates in some of the larger countries, among other factors. Nonetheless, many countries have growth rates above 5 percent, including Iceland, Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Bosnia- Herzegovina, Croatia, Malta, Slovakia, Luxembourg and Latvia. eLocations.com | thelocationgroup research | Retail Market Study 2017 fourth quarter 2014. Year-on-year, the economy expanded 2.0 percent, accelerating from an upwardly revised 1.1 percent growth in the March quarter while market estimated a 0.9 percent growth.
