The 57 cartographic materials from the Pownalborough Courthouse Collection are cataloged, and the item-level information on these materials is accessible through the library’s MINERVA bibliographic database. These cartographic items are stored in 3 locations within the library:

1. Rolled maps within the general [rolled “R”] map collection, located in Collections Storage #2 (as of 11/17/2016) 2. Sheet maps and 1 atlas are stored in an OS archival box in Collections Storage #1 – labeled: Coll. 1924 – Box 1 3. OS sheet maps are stored in the map case drawer file named “OS from numbered collections” in an archival folder labeled “Coll. 1924”, presently located in Collections Storage #2.

Oversized non-cartographic materials from Coll. 1924 may be found in Collections Storage #1 in the large open cases at the back of the room on the left, as of 11/17/2016.

The bulk of the ms. collection may be found in archival boxes in numbered order on the shelves alongside other boxed collections (presently Collections Storage #1)
