6. Eligibility
(1) Chinese male chess players with an international rating over 2000 shall be classified according to the international rating issued by the
International Chess Federation on March 1th, 2021.
(2) National junior championship individual and team championship
10-year-old group winners in 2018-2019; Top three in 12-year-old group;
Top eight in 14 and 16-year old groups.
(3) Top three in 10-year-old group in the 2019 World Age Division
Competition; Top eight in 12-year-old group; Top sixteen in the
14-year-old and 16-year-old groups;
(4) Chinese Chess Association High Level Reserve Talent Training Base has two qualified players.

7. Condition of Competition
(1) The Chess Competition Handbook issued by Chinese Chess
Association 2020 is adopted for the competition.
(2) Competition system : Swiss 9 rounds.
(3) Time control : 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from move 1.

8. Adjudication and arbitration
(1) The chief arbiter, deputy chief arbiter, chief pairing manager, live broadcasting technicians and arbiters are appointed by the Chinese Chess
Association, and referees will be selected by organizers according to the principle of lean, in principle, the national referees as the main referee, supplemented by a small number of first-class referees.
(2) Arbitration
The arbitration committee shall be composed of five members, including one from the sponsor, one from the organizer and one each from the team leader, coach and athlete. The terms of reference for arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration
Commission Ordinance
9. Admission ranking and Bonus
(1) The top two winners qualify for the next FIDE World Cup
Tournament.
(2) Calculation of international grade points for the competition.
(3) The results obtained in this tournament can apply for the corresponding international titles according to the FIDE Title
Regulations.
(4) The total prize money of 150,000 and the final placing prize money (before the tax) are
10. Funds
(1) The players will have their own expenses, 420 yuan per person per day for food and lodging. The Grand Master General Assembly with an international score of 2500 or more will subsidize the fee of 5000 yuan.
(2) The General Assembly shall be responsible for the costs of referees, venues and receptions.
11. Registration
(1) Players with international grades below 2200 must pay 200 yuan for registration. Deadline for registration: April 30th , 2021. (2) Registration: fill in the attached registration form and send an email to [email protected]; the registration form printed and stamped with the official seal of the sports department shall be submitted at the time of registration.
