ORDER

An amount of Rs. 480.00 lakh (Rupees four crore eighty lakh) only is hereby sub- allotted to the Executive Officer of Garhbeta-I, Garhbeta-II, Garhbeta-III, , -I Sabong, Mohanpur, Debra, , -I, -l, Daspur-II, , -l, Binpur-II, , Sankrail, -l, Gopiballavpur-II, , Narayangarh & Keshiary to meet up the 2nd & 3rd installment for lAY (2013-14 & 2014- 15) alongwith Administrative cost for the year 2015-16 as shown in Annexure-lout of the total fund of Rs. 504.231 (Rupees five crore four lakh twenty three thousand one hundred) only received from P & RD deptt. as Administrative cost for the year 2015-16 vide memo no. 3533- RD/IAY1l7F-0312015 dt.22.07.2015.

Terms & conditions:-

1. The fund will be utilized for the construction of new houses @ Rs. 75000/- to the conditions laid down in the guidelines of lndira Awaas Yojana (lAY) from time to time. No deviation from the provisions of the guidelines is permissible. 2. Regular close supervision 1 inspection of the construction of houses is obligatory. During each inspection photograph of the house will have to be captured and the same should be uploaded in Awaassoft. 3. Awaas Debas should be arranged for orientation of the beneficiaries. 4. The amount so disbursed amongst the eligible beneficiaries must be uploaded through Awaassoft. 5. Executive Officer of Panchayat Samiti shall abide by other terms and conditions as laid down by State Govt.lMoRD in the implementation of lAY.

rd v ' 6. Progress' Report shall be submitted by the 3 day of each month positively in prescribed format. 7. UC of the allotted fund must be submitted to this end.
