BRETT MURRAY, C.A.S. Production Sound Mixer Member IATSE 479 Brett Murray sparked his interest in Sound at a young age, as a musician. In ninth grade at his Alabama school he headed the sound department as the youngest student ever to hold that role. He handled mixing for student films, live music and theatrical productions. During his junior year in high school Brett left to work on his first feature film “Under Siege” where he met veteran Sound Mixer Scott Smith and cemented his enthusiasm for feature film Production Sound. After high school Brett learned Sound Utility under Mixer Whit Norris.
