TOWNSQUARE MEDIA “BIG GAME SQUARES” CONTEST RULES: 1. All contestants must be at least 18 years old, and must have a valid social security number. 2. There will be a maximum of 100 contestants for this game. One hundred (100) will come from online registration. The online squares will go to the first 100 listeners that sign-up. 3. Each participant will receive a square on the “Big Game” board, which contains 100 squares. Each square represents the final score of the NFL’s “big game” on February 6, 2011. 4. Squares will be randomly assigned to each contestant. All assignments and decisions are final. 5. The winner will be determined by the final score of the “big game” for the contestant that is in the board square that represents the final score of that game. 6. If, for some reason, the square with the final score is not filled, a random drawing from the remaining contestants will determine the winner. 7. The grand prize winner will receive gift certificates from client sponsors (up to $2,500 total). 8. There will be no substitutions for prizes. 9. Any and all applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will receive a 1099 from TOWNSQUARE MEDIA. 10. Contestants are limited to one prize per household and/or address and can win only once on any TOWNSAURE MEDIA EVANSVILLE station (WDKS, WGBF-AM/FM, WJLT, WKDQ, WBKR) every thirty (30) days. If you or anyone in your household wins a prize valued at $1,000 or more, you will not be eligible to participate in another TOWNSQUARE MEDIA contest for three months; $4,500 or more, you will not be eligible for another contest for one year. 11. Employees of TOWNSQUARE MEDIA, its agents, sponsors, other media outlets, affiliates and their families are not eligible to participate in any contest. 12. TOWNSQUARE MEDIA reserves the right to disqualify contestants who do not adhere to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA contest rules. Persons who enter a contest under a fraudulent name, age and/or social security number will be automatically disqualified from all contests, present or future, on TOWNSQUARE MEDIA stations. 13. TOWNSQUARE MEDIA reserves the right to revise these rules at any time. .

Capstar Broadcasting Partners will spend $60 million for twenty stations in four separate transactions covering five markets. Terms of the individual deals weren't disclosed. Two of the deals involve Point Communications, which is the managing partner of six stations in Madison, WI and owns five in the Roanoke - Lynchburg area, owned through a subsidiary. In Madison, the stations are standards WTSO; CHR WZEE; news -talk WIBA; rock WIBA -FM; new rock WMAD -FM, Sun Prairie, WI; and soft AC WMLI, Sauk City, WI. In Roanoke - Lynchburg -- oldies simulcast WLDJ, Appomattox and WRDJ, Roanoke; urban oldies WJJS, Lynchburg; and dance combo WJJS -FM, Vinton, and WJJX, Lynchburg. The third deal gives Capstar three stations in the Yuma, AZ market, including oldies KBLU, country KTTI, and classic rocker KYJT, from Commonwealth Broadcasting of Arizona, LLC. Finally, COMCO Broadcasting's Alaska properties, which include children's KYAK, CHR KGOT, and AC KYMG, all Anchorage; and news -talk KIAK, country KIAK -FM, and AC KAKQ -FM, all Fairbanks. WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' LICENSE . It's spent almost ten weeks on the air without a license, but the new religious -programmed station on 105.3 MHz in the Hartford, CT area, is being investigated by the Commission's New England Field Office. According to the Hartford Courant, Mark Blake is operating the station from studios in Bloomfield, CT, and says that he "stands behind" the station's operation. Although there have been no interference complaints filed, other stations in the area are claiming they are losing advertising dollars to the pirate.
