Under the direction of Musical Directors, Belford Hernandez and Matthew Loeb, Montini students gave a performance that was later deemed as 'electrifying!' Montini's Freshman Choir, Concert Choir, Varsity Singers, Chamber Choir, Treble Makers, and Concert Band gave outstanding performances while the Symphonic Band brought down the house with their unique performance of 'Pass the Peas' and 'Spain.'

The evening also rounded-out with performances by Montini's special invited guests, members of the St. Pius X Parish School choir. Under the direction of Music Director, Kirsten Currie, the group of talented, young grade schoolers didn't miss a beat as they held their own on stage with performances including 'Dona Nobis Pacem' and ' 10,000 Reasons to Bless the Lord.'

"We were so happy to have our friends at St. Pius join us as our special guest," said Mr. Hernandez. "They did an awesome job and should be very proud of themselves!"

Hernandez and Loeb also presented a special thank you gift to Mr. Jack Lanenga, Executive Director of Operations at Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church. The Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra (ESO) was also acknowledged and thanked for graciously allowing the use of their chairs and stands. (The ESO is the resident orchestra at the church.)
