GCP experiments and acceptance criteria are specified in the FDA Bioanalytical Method Validation Guidance for Industry, 2018. Non-GCP experiments and acceptance criteria are adapted from the Guidance and are fit-for-purpose, thus will not be suitable for studies requiring GCP.
