(2) U.O No.9012/2016/Admn dated 25.07.2016. (3)Note from the Vice-Chancellor No. VC/2016/027 dated 05.09.2016. ORDER As per the reference cited (1) above the Syndicate at its meeting held on 31.05.2016 discussed the matter of constitution/reconstitution of various Baords of Studies and Faculties and authorised the Vice- Chancellor to constitute the Boards of Studies and Faculties.The said Syndicate decision was implemented vide U.O. read as paper (2) above. 2. As per the reference cited (3) above the Vice-Chancellor has approved the panel of members to various Boards of Studies and also nominated Chairpersons for each Board in accordance with Statute 26 in Chapter 3 of the Calicut University First Statutes 1976. The Chairman of the UG Board of Studies will be ex-officio member of the PG Board of Studies in the same subject and vice-versa and the Chairman of the Boards of Studies shall be ex-officio members of the various Faculties concerned. 3.The members of the Boards of Studies shall hold office for a period of three years with effect from the date of this order. 4.Orders are, therefore, issued reconstituting the Boards of Studies as per the list having page number from 1 to 62 appended.
