It also serves as a platform to discuss and bring out solutions to service requirements as well as technology competencies of college li- brarians. KCLA has been instrumental in conducting conferences and seminars and are well appreciated by the academic community. ABOUT FAROOK COLLEGE Farook College is the biggest residential postgraduate institution in Kerala offering 20 undergraduate and 15 postgraduate programmes in various disciplines, and ten of the P.G. departments are recognized research centres under the University of Calicut. The College has been re-accredited at A+ Grade (CGPA 3.51) by NAAC and identified by UGC as a College with Potential for Excellence. The autonomous status was conferred on the College by the UGC in 2015.

ABOUT CONFERENCE Smart technologies dominate the society in almost all walks of life. Information and Communication Technologies has brought about a paradigm shift in the teaching-learn- ing process, academic research and the modalities of library operations and standards. In this context, KCLA is announcing its 3rd National Conference on TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION IN EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND LIBRARIES (TERL 2020) in collabora- tion with and to be held at St. Joseph’s College for Women, Alappuzha from 2nd to 4th April 2020.
