Operational Phase: The solid waste generated from project will be mainly mixed in nature and the quantity of the waste will be 336 kg/day. The treatment of the solid waste generated from the Industrial project will be done at the project level for ex: hazardous and non hazardous waste will be handled by government approved vendor according to the Municipal Solid Wastes (Management and Handling) Rules, 2000 and Hazardous Waste used will be disposed through Hazardous Waste Management & Handling Rules, 2008.

Liquid effluents: During construction phase of the expansion part, sewage will be treated and disposed through nearby construction sites. The waste water in operation phase is being treated up to tertiary level in a STP of 100 KLD capacity and the treated sewage is being reused for toilet flushing and horticulture. Same will be done for the expansion part as well. Surplus treated water will be sent to public sewer. Dewatered/dried sludge generated from the STP plant will be used as manure for green belt development.
