Supreme Court of India Notice 1 SUPREME COURT OF INDIA NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that an Advance Regular Hearing Matters List containing the following categories of cases has been prepared for listing the matters for hearing before the respective Vacation Benches during the Summer Vacation, 2015, commencing from 18.05.2015 and ending with 30.06.2015 :- (i) Cases which are to be listed on Specific Dates during the Vacation as per the direction of the Hon'ble Court. (ii) All ready Appeals relating to sexual harassment, kidnapping & abduction. (iii) All ready Appeals relating to harassment, cruelty to woman for dowry, dowry death, eve-teasing, domestic violence etc. (iv) All ready Criminal cases under Prevention of Corruption Act. (v) All ready Criminal cases in which Accused are in custody. (vi) All ready Appeals filed by the State/complainant against acquittal. (vii) All ready cases in which Employees/Workmen are out of job. (viii) All ready cases in which Senior Citizens are involved. (ix) Ready Criminal cases registered upto the year 2011. (x) Ready Civil cases registered upto the year 2011. (xi) All ready Expedited matters included in the Terminal List of 2014 but not taken up for hearing. The Advance Regular Hearing Matters List is appended herewith for perusal by the Ld. Counsel or parties appearing in the matters. Some of the matters shown in the Advance Regular Hearing Matters List are matters already appearing in the Weekly/ Daily Lists and those matters which are taken up for final hearing before the commencement of the Summer Vacation, 2015, will be deleted from the List. Contd...2/- 2 If any Ld. Counsel or the party appearing in a matter, does not want to take up any of the matters mentioned in the Advance Regular Hearing Matters List, other than the matters which are directed to be listed as per the direction of the Hon'ble Court, may give their written request to the Deputy Registrar(Listing), on or before 30.04.2015, after serving a copy thereof on the other side, for not listing the matter before the Vacation Bench during the Summer Vacation, 2015. In addition to the above categories of cases, ready cases of Admissible Categories in which consent of parties/counsel appearing on both sides to list the matters during vacation is given, will also be listed before the Vacation Bench and such request may be required to be given to the Deputy Registrar(Listing) on or before 30.04.2015.
