July 23 marked the opening day for the Senior Service Col- lege Fellowship program at Aber- deen Proving Ground and repre- sented the official welcome for the fellows of the Class of 2019 and the start of the fellows’ 10 months of study. Jim Oman, SSCF-APG director and Lois Harper, dean of the Capital and Northeast Region, Defense Ac- quisition University, welcomed the fellows.
