NOTE TO MEMBERS:

For the LCPCG to effectively reflect the views of the community it is essential that representatives attend regularly. Attention is drawn to paragraph 19 of the Constitution: -

“Any organisation whose representative fails to attend three successive meetings (other than special meetings called at short notice) without adequate reason will be deemed to have resigned from the Group but may make application for re–admittance”.

At the instruction of the Chair attendance is to be closely monitored.

In the interests of all members of the LCPCG it is important to ensure everyone has the opportunity to ask questions. Therefore, if you have already asked a question please allow others to do so. At the discretion of the Chair further questions can be asked. On occasion it may be necessary to limit questions in order that the business of the meeting can be carried out within a reasonable time. It is hoped that this will ensure full and fair debate.
