T-Ten 2012 Financial Report

Fleet Update: Lower Lake Huron Fleet

By Brian Cann

he local racing season has T drawn to a close for the Lower Lake Huron Fleet. We race our T-10's out of both Sarnia and Port Huron Yacht Clubs and have a total of 5 local boats; Passin Thru, M'or Flags, Overdraft, High Tide and Air Force. There is some interest brewing locally that could see the fleet grow in 2013 and the addition would support a one- design start for some of our rac- ing. We do well racing under PHRF but there is nothing like level racing T- 10's. TenSpeed | November 2012 Page 14

Fleet Update: Fleet 19 Cleveland Harbor

2012 Season Wrap Up By Harald Bransch – Co-Fleet Captain

nother year of exciting sailing season is A behind us, time to reflect as the weather starts to favor ski enthusiasts. Fleet 19, effectively a combination of Edgewater Yacht Club and Cleveland Yachting Club boats, is alive and well. We have thirteen active boats. It is tough making the most of the 5 months of sailing to squeeze in 61 scheduled races, with an additional 8 with Cleveland Sail- ing Association races in two fringe regattas, but someone has to do it. As in other years, we have four primary series that get combined to select an overall winner. Once again, the results are close.
