Fans can catch the mini-movie, produced by The NBC Agency, on over 5,200 Regal Cinemas, United Artists and Edwards Theatres screens in 430 theatres nationwide from December 3-30. It will also be featured on Regal’s Lobby Entertainment Network, a digital distribution system comprised of over 1,300 42-inch plasma screens located in Regal lobbies nationwide. In addition, fans can own their own copy beginning January 4 when a director’s cut of “Rumble in the Montecito” is released as a bonus feature on the Las Vegas: Season 1 DVD, containing all 23 episodes including new uncut and uncensored footage. “There is no better way to promote ArenaBowl XIX Las Vegas than to continue our ‘Rumble’ campaign in conjunction with the NBC primetime hit Las Vegas,” said Commissioner DAVID BAKER. “The Montecito provides the perfect backdrop for another entertaining indoor game between the Crush and the Soul.” Bon Jovi and Elway’s respective teams face off in an unforgettable game on the multi-million dollar set of Las Vegas’ fictional Montecito Casino and Hotel in a sequel to last year's award- winning "Rumble in the House.” Las Vegas regulars JOSH DUHAMEL (Danny), NIKKI COX (Mary) and JAMES LESURE (Mike) are part of the action that climaxes in a hilarious unexpected twist. The mini-movie also co-stars four AFL players -- Philadelphia Soul QB TONY GRAZIANI and FB/LB CHRIS RYAN and Colorado Crush QB JOHN DUTTON and OS DAMIAN HARRELL. "I think we successfully built on the energy and excitement created with the first 'Rumble in the House,'" said Bon Jovi. "I am excited to have our new star quarterback Tony Graziani and Philadelphia fan favorite Chris 'Soul Train' Ryan in the mini-movie this year." "It's always fun shooting with Jon Bon Jovi,” said Elway. “I'm really pleased with the way it turned out. I think it's even better than last year's and I hope people enjoy it." The mini-movie will also run in January in United Airlines’ “NBC-In-Flight” programming and will be featured in a broadband promotion, including an exclusive “making of” segment, in partnership with Comcast.net. www.AFLMedia.com The AFL returns to NBC in January 2005! "At NBCU, we are focusing on internal partnerships that benefit everyone involved. The 'Las Vegas' project is an example of synergy at its best." “This was the ideal opportunity to produce the sequel to the very successful ‘Rumble in House’ campaign," said VINCE MANZE, president of The NBC Agency, "and to stage the rematch on the set of our show with the cast really took the story to the next level creatively." Beginning in February, the piece will run on in-retail networks, as well as throughout the season in all locations of Champs Sports, the Official Athletic Retailer of the Arena Football League, and Aaron’s Sales and Lease Ownership, the Official Furniture Sale and Leasing Store of the AFL. 137 PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME All-time Florida State gridiron greats Walter Jones and Derrick Brooks are used to making history. The longtime NFL stars added an achievement that will without a doubt move to the top of their accolade-filled biographies when they were inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame inAugust, 2014. Jones and Brooks became the first pair of first-ballot Hall of Famers from the same class who attended the same college in over 40 years. The pair’s journey together started 20 years ago. Just as Brooks was wrapping up his All-America career at Florida State in 1994, Jones was joining the Seminoles out of Holmes Community College (Miss.) for the 1995 season. Jones and Brooks were the best at what they did for over a decade in the NFL. Brooks went to 11 Pro Bowls and never missed a game in 14 seasons (all with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers), while Jones became the NFL’s premier left tackle, going to nine Pro Bowls over 12 seasons with the Seattle Seahawks. Both retired in 2008, and, six years later, Jones and Brooks were teammates for the first time as first-ballot Hall of Famers.
